Nemesis: Now that the threat from Kane has been neutralized, Oakley’s nemesis is her vampire maker Marija
Platonic best friend: Johnny Lee Bayliss, starting forward of the Chicago Sun Bears basketball team (#13).
Relatives: Her mother is Hecuba Falls, noted sociologist and Black activist. Her father, Travis falls, is a long-haul truck driver. Hecuba and Travis divorced when Oakley was four.

Favorite hunting grounds: Grant Park
Pet peeves: the mention of Kane Black; Hollie trying to get her to eat “real food”
Favorite book: Vamps: A Lesbian Anthology with Teeth, edited by Lorna Hinson

She sounds deliciously feisty Erin. And i imagine there's just the right amount of heat served up with this book. Its been a while since I rad same-sex stuff. Mmm? Perhaps too long?
